An AI-native consulting firm

To stay at the forefront of innovation and maintain a head start, Actalian integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) into its operations.
As a support tool, AI strengthens our teams’ efficiency while preserving the human expertise that lies at the heart of our missions.

Two concrete applications are already in place :

GPT Analyst

A support tool for our analyses, enabling data enrichment and accelerated proposal writing.

GPT Sourcer (HR)

Enhancing candidate sourcing and broadening the talent pool, always led by our HR team.

We integrate AI with pragmatism: a transparent support tool, serving the performance of our teams and our clients.

At Actalian, we have the opportunity to work at the core of our clients’ operational challenges through targeted, high-impact missions. We also receive in-house training to go further in our use of AI, with continuous reflection on how to integrate it into our daily work.

Senior Consultant

CSR

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) means the voluntary integration of social and environmental considerations into a company’s activities and relationships with its stakeholders.
At Actalian, we give CSR a tangible meaning, fully aligned with our consulting business:

Supporting our clients—Turning their CSR ambitions into granular, operational initiatives that can be implemented directly in the field (e.g., factory safety), while also strengthening their global strategies.

Choosing our projects—Remaining independent and true to our values by prioritizing positive-impact missions and declining those that conflict with them (e.g., factory closures that would harm a local community).

Owning our practices—Internally, we offset travel-related emissions through the purchase of carbon credits, while maintaining strong human proximity with our clients.

Looking ahead

We aim to go further. This includes the creation of the Actalian Foundation and philanthropic initiatives to support forms of human excellence—in sports, arts, and culture alike.
We also intend to support emerging institutions of excellence by contributing to their key development projects.

Finally, we are committed to combining philanthropy and innovation, by demonstrating how new technologies—such as AI—can complement and enhance human excellence, which remains at the core of our DNA.
